No Nits was founded by Deb in 2016, after her own children came home from school with head lice while the family was living in New York. She sought out a 3rd generation specialist who had spent decades perfecting a combing technique - learned it properly, brought it home to Sydney, and built No Nits from the ground up.

A decade on, Deb has personally treated over 2,500 families across Sydney, and her technique is still what every No Nits technician is trained in today.

As No Nits has grown, Deb has stepped back from day-to-day appointments to focus on training the team and keeping the standard consistent but her technique, standards, and her name are still behind every single visit.
